Derrymore said “Hello Yellow”, today to show our support for World Mental Health Day.
We also took part in the Doodle Boy “Doodle what makes you happy” activity promoted by the charity Young Minds.
This activity encouraged the children to think of a person, a memory or an activity that makes them feel happy and that can help them feel more positive if they are feeling sad.
A big thank you to our school council for explaining World Mental Health Day and encouraging everyone to take part in “Doodle what makes you happy” with their excellent posters and presentation.
A big thank you to you also, for making a contribution towards Young Minds and supporting their mental health care work with children.
