Monday assembly
Today is the beginning of Anti-bullying week, so at assembly we discussed how to identify types of bullying behaviour. We also met our school anti-bullying team. They shared a video they had made, with Miss McKavanagh’s help, to explain how we should treat everyone with respect.
We had lots of award winners to congratulate this week from all of our classes. We are so proud of you and the amazing efforts you put in at school, whether that is facing new challenges, completing your work or showing your kindness and good manners. Well done to all of you.
We had lots of children keen to share their achievements from outside school time with us. Big congratulations to our Scor Antrim winner, our swimmers, soccer player of the match and our Gaelic footballers. Keep up all your wonderful skills and talents.
Big congratulations also go to our school Gaelic team that attended the Lismore blitz on Friday. They were amazing, getting all the way to the quarter finals. A huge thank you to Kieran and Mr Fegan, who take Gaelic training in the afternoons after school, for all their dedication and hard work.
Happy birthday to our birthday boys who are 29. Enjoy your special celebrations!๐
