Thank you to P3, who offered us some advice on road safety this week in assembly. Behaving safely when we are walking along the footpaths is very important, it prevents us or anyone we are with getting hurt.
Congratulations to all our award winners this week. It is always lovely to hear how much progress people are making with the new tasks and challenges they are meeting. There were also great examples of helpfulness, kindness and good manners. We are really proud of you all. Well done!
There was such a large group of award winners from outside school today we had to hear about their achievements in groups!
Well done to all the Irish dancers, our ballet dancer, our rugby player, our soccer player and finally ALL our fun run winners! (Phew!) Special mention to the fastest runner in Derrymore who finished 5k in 19 minutes! Congratulations to you all.
