Monday assembly 26th February
We welcomed everyone back to assembly this week and what a special assembly it was.
Our Primary 1 class took part in their first ever assembly. They displayed their very impressive Irish language skills, introducing themselves to the school and singing a song about their yellow teddy bear. They were absolutely fabulous! Well done Primary 1 🌟
After a long break from assembly time together, there was a very large group of award winners to celebrate with today. Congratulations to every one of you for your achievements. We are very proud of your positive attitudes, hard work, dedication, good manners and kindness.
There was a VERY large group of children who wanted to share their achievements from outside school with us today as well. It is always wonderful to hear of all the activities the children enjoy in their free time. We had swimmers, footballers, ballerinas, hip hop dancers, speech and drama performers, singers, Irish dancers and gymnasts! At least one person today will need a new shelf for all their trophies, but they definitely won’t be the only one! Well done to all of you! Keep up your hard work and your fantastic efforts.
There was only one birthday boy today, but he was feeling a little shy at birthday time. We wish him an awesome 8th birthday! Have lots of fun 🥳
