As we approach Finals’ Day next Thursday, we had another great turnout of over 30 children at training. As always, the effort, application and skill levels on show continue to really impress.
Well done this week to our Players of the Week: Aoife, JJ, Harry and Caollaídhe.
That finishes our sessions with this year’s group. The P4 children will be invited along for two Wednesday evening sessions. These will be on the 19th and 26th of June.
Thank you to all the parents who have ensured that their children are regularly making it to training, and taking time off work to support both our teams, and helping us organise pitches when the Aghagallon field is being used for blitzes.
I would also like to thank Kieran for his unyielding commitment throughout the years. Kieran doesn’t half do things, particularly when it comes to coaching and managing football teams! Once again, he will leading his ‘A’ team to play in the cup final; something that seemed unimaginable at the end of our first blitz. Thank you for your commitment and dedication throughout the year.
Finally, we wish both our teams the best of luck in Derrytrasna for their respective cup finals next Thursday 13th and hope to see lots of parents and supporters there! 😀💪🏆🏆🏐🇧🇼
