Primary 5 have been doing lots of different activities this week as part of Children’s Mental Health Week. They have been discussing their emotions and how we can express these in different ways, using characters from the movie Inside Out. They also have been looking at knowing themselves and have each picked out things that help them feel calm, people who can support them, and moments where they have been really proud of themselves. 😊
